Would you please tell a bit more about the most right one?
Is it a Voltage measurement or what?
It seem it would a nice idea to create with old CRT a bunch of unusual  meters ...

the Tek 213 is a single channel portable scope with internal 0,1% Multimeter (V dc+ true rms, mA, ohms)
in the good old time it was bad expensive.
