Function Signal Generator for circuit testing
« on: October 15, 2019, 03:34:48 pm »
Hello All.

I'm working on building a Guitar Pedal and thinking of using one of these Onyehn XR2206 High Precision Function Signal Generator for signal tracing.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078X9PVX3/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_KjEPDbQBF4AFB

What I'm thinking is to inject the signal into the audio path and monitor with my Scope. I had one of these a few years ago and it died I'm thinking I shorted it out don't think it has any protection built in. Is there any protection I could add to this, the circuit is 9 Volts.
