So i will most likely be buying a scope tommorow!! Yay im pretty damned excited. Ive been trying to do my research and scouring web sites looking for deals!.
Well my final desicion is between the Hantek DSO1502 100mhz dual channel and the Rigol DS1054Z four channel. To me they both have there pros and cons. The rigol is pretty sharp I love its display and most of all I love the little help system dave showed off during his review that seems super handy for a bench scope newb! These things can do soooo much more than my USB scope and Im not even sure what half of it is for! I also love the hardware frequency counter! The reason im still looking in to the Hantek is it is about 125 bucks cheaper, I could use that extra money twords a nice LCD and driver for one of my projects. Secondly but just as important as the price is its very hackable and 200mhz bandwidth is alot better than 100mhz! I dont see myself needing a four channel scope to much or a scope to decode serial busses so that part of the rigol is more of icing on the cake than a deciding factor.
Anyways enough about all that I found this.....
http://www.tequipment.net/BK/2190D/Digital-Oscilloscopes/?v=7233 (http://www.tequipment.net/BK/2190D/Digital-Oscilloscopes/?v=7233) Does the eevblog code apply to anything on this site or just the rigols?
This scope seems like any old ordinary scope 100mhz scope in its price range, but its BK precision. So im sure its built alot better and im sure the software and pc control of the scope works well out of the box. I would like to write programs to trigger my saeleae to or my usb scope from my bench scope, or vice versa.
What I dont get is why is a B&K so cheap?? This guy is a B&K 25mhz 500M/s scope
http://www.tequipment.net/BK2530B.html?v=7233 (http://www.tequipment.net/BK2530B.html?v=7233) and it cost more than the one above! The scope itself looks a lot different though, like an actual B&K product with the blue rubber. Is the 100mhz one above maybe just a Chinese rebage or something so B&K can stay competitive with rigol and the other chinese scopes?

Did you really need to post another topic about what amounts to the same question? Seems like this should go in your other topic with all of the other context and comments that others have given you.

Welcome to the world of rebranding.
Pretty sure it's a SDS1000CNL series Siglent.
The CML series are the prefered with 2M memory instead of 40K.
One redeeming feature the Siglents and this one has is 400V inputs.
