I have a chance to buy a Keithley 173A bench multimeter for less than $50 USD. I am intrigued by the 4 wire resistance measurement capability. Is this a good meter or should I save my pennies for something more modern? Do people use bench meters anymore or does everyone just use a handheld multimeter? Thanks!
