Hi all.
I was just about to buy a keithley 2000. but when I asked about the calibration date,
is was DATE 09/13/95 , NDUE 09/13/96.
I did try to find out when the keithley 2000 was released without any luck.
Did the version actually exist 1995?
Or have something happen to it ?
I am trying to find a good 6.5 digit model that is good and fast on low current applications.
Any recommendations ?

I do know that the Keithley 2015THD isn't great for low current, some tests here

Hello,
the german handbook is copyrighted 1995.
With best regards

I just bought one on eBay that has parts with a 1995 date code inside. So it was for sure released then!
In my tests, the 2000 is pretty good at lower current measurements. If you want better you'll be paying thousands for a more recent picoammeter.
