Rigol DHO802 - touch screen input doesn't work

I just bought a Rigol DHO802 last week from their Amazon store and opened it up today. The scope boots up fine but the touch input does not work (the screen is fine). I have tried the Touch Lock button (it shows Touch enabled) and also restore default buttons and rebooting the scope but the touch screen input does not work at all. Anyone else face this? I find it quite unlikely that it should be a hardware fault on a new scope. Are there any options in firmware that might help? I can return it but if there's any ideas which can help get it working I'd like to try those out first.  Thanks!
