Hi Fellowes,
Can anybody help me identify which connector fits the rear interlock connector of the good old Keithley SMUs?
This is the 3-pin version, not the 4 that is used with the picoammeters. I just want to try buying one instead of changing them to LEMOs instantly.
Thanks

Hi,
On the images it seems this is the one I need. And available at Mouser and Digikey.
I will measure the dimensions to be sure, but it must be the one!
Thanks! Recognizing a specific connector on an image - that needs experience. :D

It is known as "mini XLR connector"
