keithley 2450 questions

I just got a keithley 2450. This unit is working OK.

I have 2 questions regarding this unit.
1) When the power of the unit is turned off but the power cord is plugged in, the internal relay sometimes clicks. Does anyone know what it is doing? How to disable it? 
2) There is some bias current at current model, is a way to null the bias current at Ohm mode? (K6517A have this kind of configuration. To use REL value of current mode in Ohm mode.)
