Title: Keithley Daq6510 7700 multiplexer module
Post by: Innercircle on October 30, 2018, 09:00:16 am
Hello,

It's my first post so hello to everybody :)

I recived Keithley daq6510 and i've error with code: 5526 it says: Card Calibration data lost, temperature readings may be compromised. I attached screenshoot with whole description of it.  Anybody met with it? I already tried to calibrate "cold temperature" via SCPI but it doesn't change anything. :/ Maybe somebody have got that module and can send me buffer of 24C164 EEPROM? There is one topic with eeproms of 7703/7705 modules and if I put the good one, then DAQ reconize it as 7705 without this error, so I think the fault is connected with it.

Best Regards :)

Welcome to the forum.

Don't you have full warranty on the multiplexer module?
How old are the DAQ6510 and the 7700?

I have a 7700, but not in a position where I can attempt to pull the ROM data off of it. Sadly.....

I think there are a few others that have had troubles with these - hopefully, someone already has an image available.

Hi,

a while back I had created EEPROM backups of my multiplexer cards just for fun :)

Attached is the bin file of one of my 7700 multiplexer cards.
I got a second one but from this one I don't have created a dump yet.

Hello,

thank you for your contribution! It was very helpful to make my non-recognized card recognizable  :-+. Then I did a backup of my 7702 eeprom for the case this might fail in the future.
