Keysight DSOX1102G trigger offsets at different volts per division

I got this scope a few days ago, and today i noticed that the trigger point is offset from where it's set. The offset varies with different volts per division settings on the same waveform. Is this a common thing with this oscilloscope? is it fixable? Since it was factory calibrated in 2019, i ran a user cal after it had been running for about an hour so it was at a stable temperature, and it was the same after it was done. all self tests passed too, both before and after i did the user cal.
