Hi, i recently acquired a bench power supply of brand Kikusui Pab 32-3:

I would like to know your opinion about this power supply, do you think it is any good? Is seems to be a really old power supply.
The only problem i found with this power supply is that the ammeter seems to have hysteresis, its not the same going from left to right or from right to left, is it possible to fix this issue?
According to the manual the current adjustment goes from 10% to 100% of the rated current but i could go bellow 10% with the knob and measuring with a multimeter, why is it limited by 10%?
Thanks

Anyone?
Its a bit old but maybe someone can point me out a clue to mod the thing to accept the 0% to 100% current range.
