Just wondering if there are any other users of this device around ?

I'm experiencing difficulty in getting the UART Trigger Mode to work (?) or make sense of it's operation.

I can trigger on a single serial byte using the conventional edge trigger mode.

AFAIK Multicomp oscilloscopes are rebrands. See if you can find some info about the OEM model.
(Don't know about this one, but some of the other Multicomps are rebranded Owons.)

If it can be returned, return it and get a MicSig TO1000 series which just works for the same money.
