Ali Express Equipment Query?

Hi!

Just a quick one!

Does any Member recognise what this piece of equipment is and what it's intended to be used for?

As per usual, they've set the thing to display in Chinese and blurred over what appears to be the model number at the top of the instrument!

I'm aware the item pictured is used as a comparison for a much cheaper portable LCD battery tester, but I would be interested in finding out more about this larger bench instrument!
