Thanks for the input again.

The triggering difference between analog/digital is interesting, but not completely unexpected.  I believe using a trigger hold off may fix the issue?  There is a video of someone on youtube showing essentially the same thing. 

A real time mode in the Saleae using trigger out from the scope would be really nice.  I like the software interface, but the lack of real time and no clear timeline for implementation makes me want to hold off on it for now.
