Title: Lamps for Tek 7000-series graticule

Hi,
I am not able to find spare lamps for Tektronix 7603 and 7633 oscilloscopes. According the manuals they should be:

• 150-0029-00 for 7633
  150-0047-00 for 7603

although they seems similar to me.

There is only on seller on eBay proposing them, asking more than I spent for the oscilloscope itself (57$ + 50$ for shipping + custom)! :-DD

Beyond trying to build something like that with a LED, any other idea?

When you're trying to find something like this, google the Tek part numer and find a government supplier website, they will usually have the NSN number.  You can then cross check the NSN number to a different supplier (eg GE) and get an actual part number.

The 150-0029-00 is a 349 and the 150-0047-00 is a 398.  Just quickly looking, I found the 349 for $1.59 each and the 398 for $1.25.  Google those part numbers and you should find something reasonable.
