So I’ve recently purchased an “ open box “ DP712 from Reputable local dealer which has some screen flicker and white lines during start up. I’ve read about similiar issues on other rigol products and they ended up being fixed during firmware updates.
As it’s an open box I only have a warranty from the original time of purchase which was in 2017 ( not me but the original owner who obviously returned it within the 30 day window I would assume ) as I have 30 days in total to bring it back to them myself . What would you guys recommend doing as they don’t have any other open box ones I can swap it for. I’m assuming it’ll be a refund situation
