OEM for this ATEX modified DMM ?

I have this oldish DMM that was modified for use in explosive atmospheres by a small French company called "A puissance 3".
The DMM itself is obviously not their design, I'd be curious to know who actually made it.

Could be Metrix now Chauvin Arnoux
Or Metex
BTW
The company still exist, why not sending them an Email ??
IT could be their design while using known DMM ic ??

Nothing about this thing smells Metrix, I've been in enough Metrix and Chauvin-Arnoux T.E. to say this isn't.
It has more of a Taiwanese feel... I'd thought of Metex but don't see any similar models.
I can't find any information on the ASIC.

It's actually a Yokogawa 7534-03 which was rebranded as the HP and probably others.
The ASIC is an OKI MSM6306.

7.5 digit DMM is good enough for most people.

That's the one! Thanks.
Why would the manufacturer be Yokogawa more than Soar?
Looking around at external photos and scarce internal photos of other models both Yokogawa and Soar, I'd say it looks more Soar than anything else.

That question might be complicated and obscure history lesson. They're both Japanese companies, Soar no longer makes multimeters AFAIK and Yokogawa still does. What their relationship was at that time, IDK.
