As a 555 timer replacement i still like my old HP 8082A

Essentially a digital output signal generator with an adjustable voltage level and rise/fall time. It has a impressive minimum rise time of under 1ns letting it generate perfectly clean and sharp 100MHz square waves.
Its kinda big for what it does, but its very nice for when you just want to quickly generate a clock or toggle something digital. The UI consisting of nothing but real clunking multiposition switches is also a joy to use.
Famine:
I've had a spot of luck with fluke gear lately, wish it would catch on with other gear.
Fluke 725 Lot $380 USD
725
5kpsi module
Pump
Pelican case
Fluke 87v Lot $375 USD
3x 87v
3x tpak
3x semi complete sure grip accessory
Fluke 789 $100 USD
Kind of got taken on this one.
Listed as good condition but the Internal battery tab fingers broken so they soldered wires from the tabs to the pads.
selector knob and top case had junk between them that wore out both pieces of plastic.
Fluke 423A 0-3KV supply $45 USD
Fluke 1507 $60 USD
Fluke 179 $90 USD

Damn, you did it again, don't tease me please. :palm:
Too bad mine is plain vanilla version with no option installed, actually this R&S SML sig-gen series has an option that can do pulse generation & modulation, spec attached below.
Berni:
There is always more test gear to be had on the used market >:D
