Added some slightly more serious Linear oomph to the bench with this 22kg beasty. Aussie made and tough as old boots. 35V @ 5A x 2. My couple of beefy SMPS can go back to just R/C use. $100 AU pesos plus 1/2 a truckload of $ for freight or maybe a 5 hour round trip to pick it up. |

I like the dual suitcase handles. |

The handles were always strange on them you finish up with 22kg sitting under the belt line :o These and the matching era Scopes by the same local manufacturer were standard Secondary School gear 30-40+ years ago. Added a slightly random (for most) bit of test gear to my collection as well at $20 AU pesos with postage. Impressive specs over my cheap one I have had for years for outdoor R/C flying use. Far more useful and accurate for low speed airflow in industrial work. |

A few days ago I hit the mother load of equipment at auction. Paid a total of $205 for all listen equipment. Fluke 45 Dual Display Multimeter $37 Hewlett Packard 66332A Dynamic Measurement DC Source $14 Agilent Technologies E3632A DC Power Supply $110 Kikusui PAB 18-1A Regulated DC Power Supply $7 HP 6825A Bipolar Power Supply/Amplifier Calibration:7/16/2013 $18.50 HP E3615A DC Power Supply, 0-20V, 0-3A; Calibration: 2/18/2000 $18.50 None of it was listed as nonworking so hopefully, when I'm able to get it in a home shop and do some testing it will all be good. |
