Neomys Sapiens:
Oh well...some adaptors - and proper ones, so some crappy ones can be shed or relegated to the reserves.
And some splitter/combiners, with a frequency doubler coming as 'bycatch'. Only MiniCircuits, so no reason to be envious. ;)

More HP junk.....
Won an auction on a 4145A Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer with a 7475A pen plotter for 3700yen. (Photo is from the auction).
Both should provide hours of entertainment to restore. :-BROKE :-/O I'll have to figure out a measurement jig for the analyzer, or buy the official one from somewhere.
bitseeker:
Wow, that's quite a score. Less than US$35. :o
A month or so ago, I saw that you can still get pens for these plotters. I haven't tried any, yet.
Funny that someone substituted a black Teac floppy drive in the analyzer.

Yeah, should be fun to play with.
NOS pens are still available at good prices on ebay, so I'll probably pick up a set of colours soon.
Also, I plan to replace the disk drive with an SD Card emulator. I also saw a colour LCD display replacement, but at $400 a pop, they are a little too pricey....
I also have a Tek 577-177 curve tracer, to restore, so I'll have to decide on which to keep... The minister of finance is eyeing off the resale value of them. :D

Dead mechanical switches? No worries, just replace with a new one.
Dead front panel? No problems, GPIB+LabView solves it.
Dead fixtures? Not a thing. We made our own Kelvin fixtures.
I'm building a higher voltage one to replace it, but before that, it remains to be its own legend.

I see those pop up on Yahoo Japan every now and then, one sold just the other week. They still sell for around $2k though..
Being able to get the data out via the disk drive is a handy feature though.

TIB a boxful of random bits from an auction. £50.
I bid on it because there was a national instruments gpib-usb-hs adapter, so that was a win to start with.
But I also discovered :
* An Axis PTZ dome camera
* 3 raspberry pis (3B), two of them with the 'official' 7" LCD touchscreen and power supplies
* A TP-link router
* 2 POE taps
* a thermocouple temperature display
* random connectors and components
