Just For Fun !!!

Jumps J8 and J10 are a stable 10.004 kOhms resistance.

J7 and J12 can keep a relatively stable capacitance of 156uF.

(other combinations also work with different values) (turn it off first)

If you want a budget reference you can rely on I would suggest the excellent VREF-01 from voltagestandard.com for only $31.  Calibrations are free for the first 2 years.

I tested this reference over 24h with 34410A and 33401A and so far is very stable.

                           12H                   24H
34410A              9,85795             9,85795
34401a              9,85787             9,85784

Awesome.  Test the Current too:

This little reference is very stable not only for Voltage but also for Current.  :-+
