Looking for DMM autorange IC for DIY project.

I looking for multi meter IC I can use in my DIY retro (nixie tube) multi meter. I need IC that have :
- PDF manual available,
- autorange,
- fast, no delay buzzer,
- some RS232 interface,
- possible fastest response,
- capacitance measure,
- market available.

I think about DTM0660 - but on RS232 they send display segments no formatted data and they blank display until complete measure.
FS9721 look god but its not available.

I try to build service (not laboratory) desk DMM  -  fast response is priority because servicing equipment its not easy to stable connect probe to SMD IC
for long time.
