Looking for information: Nicolet Paratronics NICE Z80+

Clearing out some hidey holes recently, I came across an ancient Nicolet NICE Z80+ in circuit emulator from about the late 80's. I remember getting this at least partly going some years ago, but I got stumped by lack of documentation, particularly on the RS-232 interfacing requirements and command syntax. Searching the web, I found a manual for the original NICE Z80, but that lacks the internal RAM (and other features?) of the later device.

Can anyone help, please?
