Looking for Operating Manual for HP 16064A Comparator Component Handler

Does anyone have a copy of the manual for the HP 16064A?  I am trying to make a copy of that board for use in one of my pieces of equipment but from the one picture I can find of this on the internet I am not able to identify the various capacitors, resistors, and zeners used.
