Title: Looking for schematic of Victor 88C multimeter

There are two issues in my multimeter.
1. My multimeter voltage reading are not accurate.
2. In DC voltage range, without any voltage source connected, the reading keeps on increasing.

Did open up the meter. There are too many pots that are soldered and two under the LCD. Need schematic to understand the same or anyone who have worked on these issues, kindly throw some insight.

Any help appreciated.

See Attached. The Minipa 2082C is the same meter.
