You may have not read my previous post.  With the proper firmware, now it works!  So only the IC was  fried.
This is also why I choose to have testers for which the Atmega328 is in DIP format, in a socket.

Added : the SRV05-4 was also fried and needs to be replaced. For the moment, I have just suppressed it.
