For quite some time now, HP/Keysight does not appear to offer documentation for legacy hardware anymore. There is a header/title page, then go to "Document Library" link, then list of manuals shows up. If I actually click one, "Sorry - the page you requested is not found". A while back, it asked for login and I enter that - then "Sorry..." again.
It seems a sloppy job for HP if it wanted to remove manuals. Why go just half way? Am I doing something wrong? Up until a year ago or so, all of this worked just fine.
I don't need an advice for where to get them as I already have them. I'm just interested in finding out whatever happen to Keysight site.

I observed another issue with Keysight some weeks ago: After request to create an account to load an app note, I did so and got the confirmation email. Trying to sign on however, the password provided was not accepted, and changing it (several times) thru "forgot it" did not work either. :-//

I go to the main Keysight page and search for the equipment by model number:
https://www.keysight.com/us/en/home.html (https://www.keysight.com/us/en/home.html)
Does this return different results?

No, same.
Try looking up 8568b. It goes successfully until list of documentations are listed. Once you try to click on the list and retrieve the document, it errors out.

Of the 13 files listed I was able to download everything except:
RF Preselector, 20 Hz to 2 GHz for the 8566B or 8568B Spectrum Analyzer Data Sheet
8568B Spectrum Analyzer Data Sheet

Still does not work for me. Can anyone else try it?

Have you tried a different browser? VPN?

I had the same results. I succesfully downloaded all but those 2 files which returned "No Search Results Found".
