Meaning of beep warning on Siglent SPD1168X DC power supply

Hi,
I was connecting probes from my shiny new Siglent SPD1168X power supply to drive a 3V COB LED.  The connection wasn't great - I was pressing probes to the pads on the led board so it was intermittent.  The Siglent would beep when I fiddled with the probes and started humming. I disconnected the probes and waited, and after a number of seconds of being left alone, the humming stopped accompanied by a final beep. I couldn't see any error message on the screen.

Any idea what the beeps mean? I couldn't find any mention in the manual, and even dug up the manual in Chinese (which I can't read) to see if I could discover any clues.

Dunno. 

It's not switching between CV and CC modes is it ?
Just make sure you have a little more current dialed in than the expected load so it doesn't jump between CV and CC modes.
I have one boxed that I can get out and check if nobody comes to your rescue.

Hi, thanks for the suggestions. My unit does switch between CV and CC, but the beeps don't seem timed with those switches. And the unit in the video also doesn't beep either when switching between CC and CV.
