hello
i search device that Automatically  measure capacitance and resistance
without Selector modes,and output data in RS232  .

but he is  too expensive
i need one that can send command and get measurment (like R,C)

The DER DE 5000 LCR meter can readily measure what you have asked for when in the auto mode, however should you need to use the sort feature then you first need to select the particular mode either L, C or R and set the tolerances.

The unit can be ordered with the USB cable and obviously the software, I don't have the USB interface although I did download the software and others have looked at the serial decoding which I think from memory is done.

There are dozens of threads on both this and other LCR meters on the forum.

Take a look at the older Philips / Fluke PM6304 and PM6306 automatic LCR meters.
They have an optional RS232 or GPIB connector and you can easily grab the data, like R and C
They have reasonable prices from time to time on ebay.
