It's a nice unit, just don't pay too much for it since it's getting quite old now compared to other stuff on the market.

multimeter METEX MS-9170 looks not so bad with it`s 40000 Counts, Bargraph, True RMS and interface, isn`t it?

I had a 9150 some ... 20 years ago ! was a nice unit.
the only thing I did not like was that you have to install a 9v battery for the multimeter to work.
don"t know if the 9170 has that battery too ?
I changed it against hameg modules, part by part, then sold the whole unit on ebay.
