Looks like a rather simple circuit. Just the 2 LM399 are really a surprise - even 6 digit meters usually have only one.

I think one of Lm399 it's the main refernce and the other one it's used for self calibration.
From the user manual :
GDM8055 feature internal calibration using known reference
resources. Multimeter automatically calculates the correction factors and stores it in
The calibration memory.


I was unable to find the service manual for this meter...
