Micsig DP750-100 differential probe
« on: December 14, 2023, 08:10:06 pm »
Not sure the etiquette here on EEVblog, revive an old thread that gives you the 120day "are you sure" warning, or start a new thread on basically the same thing?

I flipped coin, came out "start new thread".

So, this DP750-100 diff probe, low cost in comparing to others, is it good enough to do FFT on US mains 120-240vac(rms) 60Hz ?
I need to seek out the dominant frequencies (noise) generated by VFD controlled motors. I assume the noise I am looking for has amplitude well about any noise this probe may throw in. Just checking with the forum.

TBH it’s best to keep all about the same product in a single thread otherwise things get lost unless the OP of the primary thread keeps adding links to the other threads into the first post and/or builds a POI list.

Ignore the forum warning and just make your post there.
