Micsig TO1104 Firmware Upgrade

Does anyone know if Micsig has or will come out with a firmware update to correct the time base sequence in the Micsig TO1104 scope?

My scope has a 4mS setting which should be 5mS to be in keeping with the 1-2-5 sequence of the time base.  It doesn't hinder me from using the scope but it is an annoyance.

I've written to Micsig about this multiple times and have never gotten an answer.

I purchased a TO1104 through Amazon about three weeks ago. Time base in that range is 10ms/5ms/2ms/1ms.  No 4ms.
"Version Info" under settings is 9.15.1.306

Hmm. Interesting. They've made a newer version it seems of the hardware and firmware. My TO1104 from late last year is 8.14.1.287 and shows 4ms. The last number is the firmware version/build so yours is newer. The EU online update site only shows version 273 and the China online update site only shows version 287.

Hello,  We are sorry that our sales did not reply you ASAP. next time if you do not get the answer in time, you can email me here and i will do my best to answer you.

For your question, i tried to explain in English.

Measurement duration = memory depth/sampling frequency.

our tbook mini is 14 grids.

so 4ms/div=28M/(500M S/s*14div)

our scope uses 1 -2-5 steps, but when they are in special time base, it is not 1-2-5. some scopes uses same way.

all firmware versions are same.

However, thanks for your remind, I told our IT team to update the newest firmware soon.

As I know, they are testing automotive functions right now, but it is not ready to be released. so they do not update the firmware in our server system.  if someone want to test free automotive(PS, it is not perfect right now), you can contact me here to get the free license. but i do not promise it works to all customers.

I would be interested in the automotive functions but what is included with that? Protocols, automated measurements, diagnostic functions?
