MS5308 LCR Tester Software and Serial Port

I've lost the CD that came with my MS5308. Anyone willing to take an ISO of theirs and email it to me?

Has anyone got this device working when connected to a PC using a USB serial port and terminal software? I am not having much success. I know these sorts of things often use the handshake lines to power up the receiver in the connector that attaches to the instrument. I don't see any IR activity using trick on pointing a camera at the IR transmitter. I have pressed the "RS232" button!

The DE-5000 software is way better than the junk that comes with the MS5308.

Sadly IET seem to have a broken software link. Can anyone provide the DE-5000 software via a file server please ?

I own the Mastech MS5308 unit and would like to try the DE-5000 software

I'm interested to what you guys see. My setup works about 60% of the time. It jumps around and displays garbage the rest of the time. Same problem on both software packages so it is either the driver (doubtful since it is directly from the mfg) or my Win7 64bit confuses it.
