ASCOM PRONET1

Hello from Greece. Recently i bought an ASCOM PRONET1 without cables and power supply. I dont know anything regarding usage or how to make it work. Aldo as you can see inside are some cables which are not linked to the board and a battery compartment. Could anyone give me information for this device ?
