New PicoScope serie 6000E

Hallo,

Pico Technology has a new scope serie 6000E.

As far as I see there are two 500 MHz models:
PicoScope 6804E:
8 analog channels, 16 digital channels, 2GB memory, two 5GS/s 8 bit ADC
PicoScope 6824E:
8 analog channels, 16 digital channels, 4GB memory, two 8, 10 or 12 bits FlexRes ADC

Price $11,395 USD for 8-ch 8-bit, no MSO digital pods, 6804E, 2GS memory, 500MHz. Seems expensive?

Eight channel Tek 5 series scope (500MHz, 62.5M/channel memory, 6.25Gs, 12bit) is $30,000 at Newark. They don't offer a lower cost 8bit variant.
