I have just completed training for new Hybrid vehicles. The two required tools, required as standard, to test the system are the Fluke 1503 and the Duspol Lc volt meter. The fluke I understand but what's special about the Duspol? What's your opinion on it? All the meters they could of chosen why this? Also the li-ion high voltage battery pack can be 350v and the Duspol requires two hands to use and is bulky in the hand. I'm sure there could of been a better choice?
