Hello, I am a user of Riden 6006. I powered the device with a 48V 7.3A power supply right out of the box. Despite the correct connections, it does not provide any output, and the screen shows a value of 2 amps without changing when the output is turned on. When I measured with a multimeter at the output, the current and voltage values ​​were correct, but the current value displayed on the screen is incorrect. I calibrated it from the interface program, but my problem was not solved. Can you help me?
