How to save acquired data of the waveform on Tek TDS 694C

Hello there.

I have Tek TDS 694C and I need to analyze data of the acquired signal/waveform in external program. In particular, I am reading stream of pulses from optical sensor and want to make sure there is no missing ones. Is that possible to save internal buffer or memory for some period of time (as long as possible ) to diskette for further analysis
