I am building a DIY Curve Tracer. I need quick disconnect fixtures for individual Discretes, BJTs and MOSFETs... So, two pole and three pole... That will clamp down on the DUT pins... Using levers, or push buttons... I would rather stay away from screw clamps... Panel mount. Specific model numbers would be great.
The WAGO line looks good, but the clamps are for wires and I am concerned that they will not close adequately on the thin component pins. And, where to buy them... Mouser doesn't seem to have them???
I have thought about DIYing this... Three conductive springs with a cap across the top and individual signal wires underneath... Push the cap back to cause the springs to flex open. Insert the legs of the DUT. Release to clamp.

But, are there conductive springs that would accept solder and not introduce excessive resistance? If so, do they have a specific name? Retailer?
Suggestions, please and thank you.

I came up with a simple solution that is compact, cheap and easily sourced... A 16 Pin ZIF. Here's my layout. It allows two components to be compared, or matched.
