They're both SMPS based so are very likely to have some good amount of HF ripple.
That can be mitigated some with additional caps on your circuits but that's not to say these are easy to get really clean.

What's your primary use as maybe there's a better fit for your needs ?

I've had bad luck with the tacklife. Earth isolation issues, output capacitance issues causing roughly 1v p-p noise on the ouput, current regulation issues(multiple supplies). If it's gonna be one of those I say not tacklife. Unless you need the 10A I'd recommend a dr.meter linear supply or something.

At least the Tacklife may have 5 turn potmeters. This model is sold under many different names. These supplies are OK if you need a lot of power but they aren't suitable as bench power supplies if you want to measure circuits. The output noise will swamp any signal you try to measure.
There are small lies, big lies and then there is what is on the screen of your oscilloscope.

the main use is just gonna be for building projects with led strip lights powering motors charging batteries and basic things so it does not have to be ripple free . i was just looking for best on i could find at  30v10a for under $100 u.s.

OK. Do your really need 10A ?
I've had good success with the 5A MCH K305D and haven't been able to bust them in normal tests.
I commonly use mine near full output charging 24V batteries.
