My fluke pm3380 gave up the ghost, anode high voltage failed, i tried to get a new board but the result was not very good. So i'm looking for a new one.
What is the latest EEVblog recommendation on entry/hobby scopes ?
Preferably something i can get in Europe.

Very dependent on needs and budget.

BW ?
2 or 4 channels ?
MSO ?
Additional features required ?
Traditional UI or with touch display ?

And so on......

3 channels should be enough  i guess. i remember the Rigol 1052 or 54 being mentioned on eev youtube, i was thinking maybe something newer but similar. i could spend around 5 to 800 us$ on a new toy !

SDS1104X-E for $499 is well thought of here and the bit cheaper $399 SDS1104X-U might fit your needs too.
Happy hunting.

What is the latest EEVblog recommendation on entry/hobby scopes ?

There are many tedious repetitive threads here. Feel free to browse them.

You should always start by defining what you will and won't use it for.

Next understand the class of probe you need to use, and budget for that.

Finally, leave money for all the other things you will need.

There are lies, damned lies, statistics - and ADC/DAC specs.
Glider pilot's aphorism: "there is no substitute for span". Retort: "There is a substitute: skill+imagination. But you can buy span".

I started with a 2ch 100MHz scope. So that was the bare minimum i wanted, i ended up ordering the Siglent SDS1202X-E and and probes.

Looking forward to getting it.

Encouraging thanks.
The choice is huge, i didnt konw what exactly to get, so after a few hours i just decided on these two, i could sit a few more hours and still not make a choice !
The signal gen is Siglent SDG1032X.
a second multimeter could be handy. perhaps a bench model.
