concerning flux i had a uni-t multimeter that operates strangely and after cleaning the remains of flux it work flawless, so you don't loose anything in giving the pcb a good clean and better if you own a microscope you could also inspect all solder points, maybe there's a bad solder on some ic. also try to reinsert all cables.

Today, too, the whole morning has been standing under the signal and working.

Sorry we couldn't find the cause of the failure. It's really weird, we've never had anything like this, it's not a software issue, maybe it's the voltage instability causing the MCU pointer error, but I'm not sure. You can try to factory reset the parameters, and if it doesn't work, you should get a refund.
Factory reset method: menu->set, and then long press the "Auto" button.

After all, you have received a personal, qualified response from the manufacturer.  :-+
This is probably not a matter of course, even with more renowned brands.
He probably can't say any more than that from afar.

That's what I advise you to do before, to return the device! where you bought it? If you can't return it inspect all solder joints, why? most of these cheap chinese devices comes with bad soldering. I've solved many problems in the past by checking them.

One thing I've learned is if a device is defective just return it or replace it with a new one if it has warranty of course. Todays electronics are more closed to repairs, its hard to get schematics or parts.

And problems do exist with other known brands from cheap to expensive.
