Aneng V8 has both... auto ranges on the left, manual ranges on the right.

Most of my meters, and most automatic transmissions, give you the option to auto range or manually select. You're clearly so biased you can't even see that. Autoranging is a FEATURE, and you can choose to use it or not most of the time.
