How did you contact BSide? They don't have a website, and Aliexpress tells me that there is no support from the manufacturer. Thank you.

Have you tried installing this? My O1 is running firmware V1.1.3, so I connected to my PC via USB and dropped the file into the UPDATE folder. Once copied across, it disconnected USB and the mounted drive but then did nothing. I waited a couple of minutes, then power cycled and it still had V1.1.3. I have another O1 at home I'd like to update as well.
While playing, I became curious as I hadn't seen any photos of the inside, so I pulled off the silicone cover and removed 4 screws. A couple of photos attached, but not a detailed teardown.
The main mcu is an Artery AT32F403AVGT7, similar to that used in a number of other recent "toy" devices.
