Is this link spamming is happening on other Keysight threads?

Some, and for the unwary of KS current policies readers have a right to know how they might be received should they need to contact HQ, shouldn't they ?

Sure, but if people are spamming every Keysight thread with links to whatever it is they have a bee in their bonnet about then I will have to clamp down on it. We can't just have people doing that for whatever it happens to be.

Yet some that have been impacted by current policy might also consider those sort of moves are akin to suppressing the truth.
Posts in those threads are rarer than they were however they still get bumped to P1 here.
Then in new threads asking about instruments someone might recommend a KS and another will by way of a warning to do their homework drop the links again.
If they are lies then sure you should jump on it after doing your homework.
Just a day or 2 back was a report their eBay shop had been emptied of any products as there too was a warning their products weren’t for anybody but professionals which we all know is a BS statement.

+1 for this.  Mentioning a vendor's restrictive sales & support policy is no different than warning a newbie like the OP about a technical issue regarding a piece of equipment that they might be thinking of buying.  The OP was alerted to the issue and referred to the existing threads on the topic.  I don't see how that can be considered 'link spamming'.
