Indeed, now after login I was able to download Firmware, user manual and other documentation, even if the page still show "Premium content access".
Yesterday I was asked on a R&S site pop-up page to confirm the details of my account.
Now I don't know if account verification, Batronix, or the protests from EEV forum conducted to restoring of the access to Downloads section.

I can get to the same popup, but I can't complete the form since it just gives an error of "You cannot submit the form. There are errors. Please review." and the company postal code box stays red no matter what.
Previously, my company was given as "Private - GB - United Kingdom Account for private person" and the postal code box was blank. Can I ask if you were registered as a private individual and had similar "company details", or if you were registered as a company?
skander36:
@Neoname, I have company profile. That pop-up also give me errors some times, but once it accepted my Postal code.
Go to your profile in Gloris and try to update from there.
Also you can open a ticket for the access issues.

To my understanding is a non sense to hide the basic user information and FW updates from general access.
Anyway they could find (if they wanted) an alternate way allowing individuals to access the documentation p.e. registering the device serial number or any other way, but looks they are ignoring us as target customers and hence don't deserving any access to their system. :P
Redirecting us to dealers to request basic information is a silly idea.
In my case as RTB2000 owner, I don't expect any new update from now on, so I'd only ask to keep mine working healthy without having to contact any R&S service (through a dealer, of course ;)).
At least we still have places like this forum to be informed about changes :-+

Now that you mention it... ::)
Maybe I'll implement an access policy for my posts. Let me think about it. (with MFA!)
RBBVNL9:
I noted that R&S are sending around information about their new RTB2 series osciloscopes - see the landing page here and the brochure here.
The model numbers are "R&S RTB22" the for two channel version, and "R&S RTB24" for the 4 channel version. On their website, they introduce these scopes as "a successor to the highly capable R&S RTB2000".
I quickly glanced through the brochure and specs, but I see almost no differences at all with the previous RTB scopes (except that segmented memory is now standard, not an option, and that there is a new model number printed on the instrument's front). I am quite sure I must have overlooked other things, but I am still wondering if there are any substantial updates here.
Also, the ordering numbers for the "old" RTB2002 and RTB2004 were 1333.1005.02 and 1333.1005.04, while the ordering numbers for the new RTB22 and RTV24 are..... the same (!)
Anyone seems more differences? Are there new interesting things here, or is this old wine in new bottles? (I do like old wine, though ;-)
best, Rudi
