What's the max input? In the picture it shows "20V" but the specs say "32V".

I've got a few 24V supplies here that could run it but nothing much between 12 and 24.

The manual says 5-32V.  Printed on the back of the device itself above the barrel jack it says 5-32V.
I have yet to use the barrel jack as so far I have only powered it via USB-C.

Yes, you are probably correct. 
Just like the 3D render of their new transistor tester that had the wrong NPN/PNP displayed. LOL

Did you get the one with the official USB adapter?
