New Tonghui handheld LCR meters: TH2822D and TH2822E

Tonghui released 2 new handheld LCR meters: TH2822D and TH2822E.
Main changes from TH2822A and TH2822C:

DC R measurement;
0.1% basic accuracy;
NiMH rechargeable battery;
0.3V 0.6V 1V rms selectable voltage (for in circuit measurement support)

TH2822E Handheld LCR Meter,VER3.8.1604,SNQB-316-*****

Very fast (fractions of a second) component of the definition and measurement of any of its parameters.

The lack of a single indicator of the frequency of the test signal. After changing the frequency falls again to select "second" measured parameter.

Individual Calibration OPEN/SHORT for each frequency (including DCR). It is possible to compensate for the "significant" parasitic resistance. The parameters are reset after switching off the device.
I looks like "100 kHz" and "the DCR" is used to calibrate the same memory cell. [!]

Ability to customize the initial mode after switching on:
Option 1: the default values
Option 2: The predetermined value. I always resets the frequency to 1 kHz. [!]
In the current firmware inability to remember the state before shutting down.

Charging the battery for mains operation. For me, it remains a mystery when charging is complete. [!]
