New Tool - How To Use? Battery Load Tester

Hello.  I got some new 18650 cells.  I bought this load tester to try and figure out their capacity.  The instructions are in Engrish, and quite difficult to make sense of them. 
Can somebody point me to a link or video on how to use this device?
I know it's a generic/pirated device... so god-knows the design's mix of functionalities.
Yet any help would be appreciated.

Basically, I want to know if the cells are 3500 mAh.

Instructions are scanned and uploaded as PDF.
Any other photo I can attach, please let me know.

Some additional information:
The cells I bought are supposed to be LG 18650 MJ1.

Navigate the menus using the buttons and set an appropriate discharge current and cutoff voltage, say 1A and 2.5V. Then Enable the load, and wait for it to discharge. Read the final capacity on the screen in mAh. Reset the mAh reading before connecting the next cell to test.

The one I have has slightly different buttons so I don't know the exact button to press.

If you are just doing this one-off it should be fine. If you are regularly checking the capacity of 18650s, get a dedicated charger instead like the Varicore V40 or a Nitecore equivalent. Much more convenient.
